You will tour your home with the Home Stager as she identifies the recommended changes. This verbal consultation makes it possible to begin your staging tasks immediately. It is suggested that you take notes so that you will have your personal checklist. This option may be selected as a Consultation only or as the first step in Staging by RBR Designs.

We will advise on strategy and planning, recommend paint color, room arrangements, and accessories, artwork and more. We can also help you find sources for repair work, decorative accessories and other important aspects of prepping your home for optimum results.

A Consultation will be provided to serve as a guide as you prepare your home for sale. A Home Staging Professional will visit your home and recommend changes that will make your home ready for the market.

During the visit, the Home Stager will look over the property and discuss traffic flow, condition, use of space, color, furniture and presence of clutter.

Your home will be Staged with what you already have in your home. This option is for those who have an abundance of furniture and decorative accessories that can be used to present the home at its best.

The first step in the process will be for the Home Stager to do a Verbal Consultation (Option1) and prepare a cost estimate for the actual Staging. A Design Plan will then be created and you may be asked to make your home ready for Staging by packing certain items, storing pieces of furniture and making minor repairs.

The Home Stagers will do the actual job of Staging by repositioning furniture, hanging art and placing decorative accessories. When they leave, your home will be Open House ready.

For those who will be living in the home while it’s on the market, the Stager will give you suggestions for maintaining the Staged look throughout the selling process.

Complete Staging for occupied or furnished homes includes consultation and interior design. This includes, but is not limited to, recommendations on painting, lighting and accessory changes. Exterior enhancements can be recommended upon request.

This is a great option for occupied and already furnished homes. Your home will be Staged with your own furniture. Decorative accessories will be provided by Room By Room Designs on a rental basis.

This is an ideal option for those who already have appropriate furniture but who would benefit from having contemporary, fresh accessories such as bed linens, art, lighting, and greenery from our Rental Collection.

The first step is an assessment of the property by the Staging Professional who will then create a cost estimate for the work.

A day for Staging will be scheduled and at that time furniture will be repositioned or stored and decorative accessories from Room By Room Designs will be placed according to the Design Plan.

The home will then be ready to be placed on the market.

Your home will be Staged with your own furniture and accessories + additional rental furniture and accessories. This option suites homes that have empty or underused areas, or rooms which are in need of transformation in order to add value to the property.

Staging with furniture rentals and RBR’s decorative accessories.

This option is for Vacant and Model homes. Furniture from a furniture rental company is arranged for and decorative accessories are provided on a rental basis from Room By Room Designs exclusive collection.

The first step is to analyze the space by observing the architecture, choice of flooring, unique features and paint colors. You may be asked for a floor plan ; measurements and photos will be taken.

After visiting the space and meeting with you, The Home Stager will prepare a cost estimate, which will include our Staging fee for the creation and implementation of the design and rental fees for furniture and decorative accessories.
